What Kind Of Alcoholic Drink Can I Make Using Apple Cider?
I have some good strong apple cider the dark kind not just apple juice. I would like to make a mixed drink out of it but not sure what to use. Any suggestions?

Spiced Apple Cider Martini recipe
Scale ingredients to servings
4 oz Trader Joe’s® Spicy Cider
4 oz vodka
2 oz brandy
2 oz triple sec
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 tsp brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in blender for 5 seconds. Pour mixture into shaker of crushed ice. Shake and pour into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with thin slice of apple (soaked in lemon water to preserve color) and a cinnamon stick.
My parents used to make this: apple cider, apple brandy (like Applejack), lemon juice, cloves, cinnamon warmed in a pot on the stove over low heat…serve warm
