I have some good strong apple cider the dark kind not just apple juice. I would like to make a mixed drink out of it but not sure what to use. Any suggestions?

Sunday, August 30th, 2009I bought some apple cider at a farmers market and since it isn’t pasteurized, i’m told it will become alcoholic eventually. It’s already become carbonated. How long does it take for apple cider to become alcoholic?
